  Always has fast service. The amount of food we're given varies occasionally, but its just human error I guess. The food is always delicious here. My favorite is the picada para Ti Colombia which is a big platter of pork ribs, beef, pork chicharrones, chorizo, tostones, cassava, and 2 mini arepas. I've also gotten their rice and bean platters and chicken soup. Their soup came with a container of rice with steak and a salad. Perfect meals every time!

  I was impressed when we first walked in by the cleanliness. However, not long after we walked through the door the customer service experience thereafter was some of the worst I ever experienced. Food was good, place was clean, everything else was terrible. The host didn't greet us, then had us standing up at the counter, walked back and forth past us a million times until my friend got one of the employees attention so we can order. During my experience, at checkout the lady yanked back my card after trying to hand it to me while I was signing my receipt and told me to sign the paper. Just disgusting customer service in here. It just wasn't worth it when I could go eat good food at more pleasant establishment. Never again, see for yourself if you dare.
  
  Update: tbh when i said the food was good i didnt actually eat it all, just took a lil bite in the car to try and give them the benefit of the doubt. Long story short, the food was not that good.

  The food here is great! Price point is affordable. My steak was one of the best I've ever had. The service is great and I highly recommend to dine here if you're in the neighborhood. They currently do not have the cholado but all the other desserts are good.

  So disappointed! I loved this place and I grew up eating from this restaurant. I have been a loyal customer and order delivery often. This time was just a disaster! I ordered a pechuga asada and even asked them to burn it (I like burnt meat) and they sent me raw chicken! I thought maybe I was overreacting but I asked my mom and she said it was barely cooked! I couldn't believe it. It's pricey and to send me raw chicken was a huge slap in the face. Will never order or eat from there again.
  
  Yo he sido cliente de este restaurante muchos años. Hoy ordené una pechuga asada por la aplicación seamless y hasta les pedí que por favor me quemaran el pollo porque así me gusta. Me mandaron la pechuga apenas calentada. Estaba cruda! Pensé que quizás yo misma estaba exagerando y hasta la pregunte a mi mamá (es cocinera) y ella estaba de acuerdo que la pechuga estaba cruda. Estoy tan decepcionada y ofendida. Yo llevo años ordenando de aquí y está será mi última vez ordenando por delivery y comiendo en el restaurante.

  This used to be one of my favorite places to order even tho it seemed a bit pricey the food was delicious but for some reason the disconnect in language my orders have been wrong even tho they repeat exactly what I wanted.  Like when I call for a sirloin with chimichurri and they repeat it word for word but I end up getting a flat skirt steak with only hot sauce... By the way the chimichurri sauce is what makes this dish good.
  
  When I call to question the answer is no we do not have that anymore....but you just repeated my order to me on the phone...I dunno. And to make matters worst the meal sucked, the plantain looked and tasted horrible and the rice has absolutely no taste (like it came from a Chinese store)... perhaps the original chef is no longer there...who knows but the food has taken a serious dive in my opinion.
